All packages are fully tracked and you will receive a tracking number once the parcel has been sent.
Please note that if you choose parcel motel collection point delivery you need to have an account with Parcel motel, and you need to tell me your customer number in order for me to process the order.
I aim to ship all order within 24-48 hours.
All orders over 10euro will receive a free gift.
Collection
You can collect your parcel from Lusk, County Dublin. Please ensure you leave your phone number when checking out so I can contact you to arrange collection.
Local delivery
I can also offer local delivery for free in the North County Dublin area- Lusk, Swords, Donabate, Portmarnock, Balbriggan, Skerries, Rush etc.
At the checkout please tick local pick up and write a note at you order.
Mystery boxes
All mystery boxes can be customized for you. During checkout please write any specific theme your are looking for e.g. witchy vibes, new to crystals, experienced collector, no tumbles etc.
Free gifts
All orders over 10e will receive a small free gift. The gifts are based on availability and you cannot choose them.
Herbs
All herbs offered are for ritual purposes only and have not been approved in Republic of Ireland for medicinal consumption. For legal reasons I am selling them for ritual's only. You need to discuss with you doctor before taking any herbs.
Returns and refunds
If you are unhappy with the products received a will offer you a replacement or a refund. Please contact me by e-mail on zielinskamaria@outlook.com, with your details, order number, outline your issue, attach pictures if applicable and state your designed resolution (e.g. new product or refund). Once I will receive this information I will start processing the refund/replacement.
Please note that any refund will only be sent to you once the product will be send back to me.
